HOME STAGING AND DESIGN SERVICES

We will schedule an on site meeting to walk the property so that we can determine the space, layout, dimensions, furnishings needed and style of the home in order to provide a proper proposal for the home staging project

This consultation includes a full home evaluation (up to 2 hours), including all notes regarding the suggested updates, repairs, furniture arrangements, paint color selection if needed, and decorating suggestions so you are ready for your professional photos and showings.   This is perfect for those sellers that are ready to roll up their sleeves and do some work!

Price is for homes up to 2,000 square feet.  Over 2,000 square feet is additional fee.  Up to 2 hours.

Includes everything from the Prepare to Sell Consultation, plus the following valuable services:

• MLS Listing shared on our social media sites, including additional postings for open houses. Social media accounts including Serenity Now Stagings Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin

• Final Preparations – Serenity Now Staging will return on the day of photos (immediately prior) for our Final Preparation service for approximately 15-20 minutes of last minute prepping to ensure that rooms are photo-ready

Includes everything from the Photo Ready Consultation package, PLUS:

• Return visit on day of photos with small accessory/artwork package (items will vary based on specific home needs, but would include approximately 3 pieces of artwork, 4 accent pillows and a few accessories, (includes delivery and time required to setup and style the items as needed

• MLS Listing and open house information shared on our social media sites

The Design Consultation consists of a 2 hour consultation to offer guidance and vision on your project.  We will find out your likes, dislikes and your style

Homeowner is responsible for taking notes.   Summary notes of the consultation are available for an additional fee 

Following the consultation, you have all of the recommendations at your fingertips to either transform your space at your own pace or you may enlist the help of our designer to assist with your project

Electronic, remote or virtual design is an interior design service that is performed completely online. ... With E-design, collaboration between you and the designer is done virtually through email, photos, phone calls and/or video
