We will schedule an on site meeting to walk the property so that we can determine the space, layout, dimensions, furnishings needed and style of the home in order to provide a proper proposal for the home staging project
Pre-Listing Consultations- Owner Occupied Homes

This consultation includes a full home evaluation (up to 2 hours), including a detailed report provided to the home seller regarding the suggested updates, repairs, furniture arrangements, paint color selection if needed, and decorating suggestions so you are ready for your professional photos and showings. This is perfect for those sellers that are ready to roll up their sleeves and do some work!

Design Consultation

The Design Consultation consists of a 2 hour consultation to offer guidance and vision on your project. We will find out your likes, dislikes and your style
Homeowner is responsible for taking notes. Summary notes of the consultation are available for an additional fee
Following the consultation, you have all of the recommendations at your fingertips to either transform your space at your own pace or you may enlist the help of our designer to assist with your project
E-Design 1 Room (Virtual Design Services)
